Clubs

I am very fortunate this year to be teaching two fine arts clubs!

UPenn class participates in Poetry Club twice a week during the school-day.

During this time, we study figurative language and other elements of poetry and practice creating our own poems using various forms. We will be working on compiling our best poems to create a 4th grade poetry anthology as the culminating project for our poetry unit.

Glee Club meets after school from 4:00-5:00 PM.

As MASSA’s primary choral ensemble, we work on establishing a strong foundation in breath support and healthy vocal production as we learn fun, beautiful music for various performances throughout the year.
